GCB Recruitment is recruiting a Property Manager for a well-established independent estate agency in Stockport, Greater Manchester. You will oversee property management and lettings operations across a portfolio, ensuring compliance and delivering a professional service to landlords and tenants.

This senior role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within property management.
• Strong understanding of property compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in lettings.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day property management and lettings operations.
• List properties on the market and support the lettings process.
• Arrange property inspections and ensure gas safety checks and other certifications are completed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant lettings legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and oversee the team, supporting performance and maintaining service standards.
• Help ensure properties are managed efficiently and landlords and tenants receive a professional service.
