Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is recruiting a Senior Lettings Agent to join the Glasgow team. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties in the City Centre and West End, handle applications, references, tenancy documents, and inspections, and maintain landlord/tenant relations.

A full UK driving license and car are essential. The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with salary between £28,000 and £32,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential lettings in Scotland or property management.
• Strong customer service and telephone communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Scottish Private Residential Tenancy (PRT) legislation.
• Experience with SME property management systems and Fixflo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processing tenancy applications, reference checks and lease documents.
• Managing relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Ensuring rent accounts are up to date and compliant with certificates.
• Mentoring junior staff and coordinating move-ins/outs.
