The role requires proven lettings experience, strong relationship skills and a drive to grow business in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven lettings experience in the UK market.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Track record of converting valuations into instructions and lets.
• Experience leading or developing a lettings team.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding lettings expertise and customer service.
• Manage profitability and identify new business opportunities.
• Generate leads and drive new business.
• Mentor and develop the lettings team.
• Lead regular meetings to maximise performance.
• List properties and advise landlords on rental values.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and applicants.
• Keep up to date with local market trends.
• Match properties with tenants with the team.
• Drive performance against targets and KPIs.
