DJ Alexander is seeking a Property Manager to join the west end team in Glasgow. This full-time, permanent role sits in our 303 Byres Road office. Expect a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £23,500–£26,000 depending on experience and market value.

You will manage landlords and tenants, coordinate viewings, and contribute to property marketing. Ideal candidates hold a full UK driving licence and bring strong negotiation and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Previous Property Management experience preferred, but not essential.
• Strong sales negotiation skills and ability to resolve disputes.
• Positive, proactive attitude with customer service focus.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong administration skills.
• Must have current UK right to work.

Responsibilities

• Team-Based Property Management: coordinate with your team to provide prompt service to landlords and tenants.
• Viewings & Tenancy Negotiation: conduct viewings and balance tenant needs with landlord expectations to secure agreements.
• Marketing & Updates: promote properties and keep landlords informed to maintain occupancy.
• Inspections & Property Visits: perform regular inspections and inventories, ensuring standards are met.
