Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Preston is seeking a Senior Leisure Club Operations Supervisor to lead the Leisure Club with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and guest experience. You will line-manage Team Leaders and Associates, deputise for the Club Manager, and drive operational excellence across facilities.

You will oversee staffing, HR compliance training, pool plant operations, budgeting, and service delivery, while championing a guest- and member-focused culture and delivering commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all facilities.
• Support budgeting, stock control and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate communications and handovers across shifts.
