We are recruiting for a leading Insurance brand in the UK, seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their Specialty team.

This role is key in developing the firm's Specialty business, a major growth area.

As Senior Legal Counsel, your responsibilities include:

1. Providing expert legal advice on commercial/financial lines policy wordings.
2. Collaborating with Underwriters, Brokers, and external partners.
3. Drafting policy wordings for financial and commercial Insurance lines.
4. Ensuring compliance with market and regulatory requirements across FCA and Lloyd's.

The ideal candidate will be:

1. A qualified lawyer with experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial insurance policy wordings.
2. Knowledgeable about FCA, Lloyd's, and overseas regulatory requirements.
3. Experienced in Financial Lines Coverage and London Market Wordings.
4. Adaptable to changing business needs and able to collaborate across departments.
