Sellick Partnership has partnered with a multinational insurance company seeking a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension or progression to a permanent position.

This insurance company offers commercial, personal, and specialty lines products and operates within Lloyd's of London, maintaining an excellent reputation in the market.

As the Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel, your responsibilities will include:

1. Having experience in insurance distribution.
2. Developing, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of insurance-related contracts and agreements, managing legal risks associated with insurance distribution channels.
3. Providing support for the company's existing and new insurance products and services.
4. Assisting the underwriting team with policy drafting and policy wordings.
5. Ideally having some experience in claims.

Candidates should ideally be available on short notice or have immediate availability; however, those with longer notice periods will also be considered. Significant experience within the insurance sector, particularly in the London market, is required.
