Your Opportunity

Are you a strategic legal expert looking for a rewarding position where you can contribute? As Senior Legal Counsel, you'll provide expert legal guidance across our operational and business areas. Reporting to the General Counsel, you’ll be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, supporting the business in navigating complex legal matters and promoting commercial success.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Providing legal advice on operational issues.
2. Advising on commercial and IT contracts.
3. Supporting M&A activities, including due diligence.
4. Handling disputes and working with external counsel.
5. Ensuring compliance with data privacy laws, including GDPR.
6. Advising on consumer products, advertising, and marketing.
7. Managing external legal spend and maintaining legal playbooks.
8. Contributing to strategic decision-making with the senior leadership team.

What We’d Like You To Bring

1. England & Wales qualified solicitor/barrister with at least 6 years PQE.
2. Experience in commercial contracts, M&A, and consumer law.
3. Knowledge of data protection laws and GDPR.
4. Ability to advise on a broad legal spectrum, including real estate and employment.
5. Innovative, collaborative mindset.
6. Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
7. Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments.
8. Previous in-house legal experience.
