Job summary

University of Suffolk is seeking a Senior Lecturer in Interprofessional Education to lead the development of a university-wide IPE strategy across all subject areas. The post-holder will conduct a structured review, gather input from students, practice partners and service users, and align the strategy with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent significant professional experience.
• Current registration with a relevant regulatory/professional body (e.g. NMC, HCPC, SWE, GPhC or equivalent).
• A recognised HE teaching qualification.
• Contemporary knowledge and understanding of working across professional boundaries in health and/or social care.
• A track record of educational innovation and/or professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of an interprofessional education (IPE) strategy across the school.
• Undertake structured review of current provision and gather stakeholder input.
• Identify opportunities for integration of IPE within existing modules and curricula.
• Pilot IPE activities and support programme teams to embed IPE principles.
