Job summary

Suffolk New College Ipswich seeks a senior manager to lead all strategic curriculum aspects within the Inclusion Directorate, including foundation learning, inclusive learning and English for Speakers of other Languages.

Reporting to the Deputy Principal, you will oversee curriculum development, performance and operational delivery across the directorate and ensure SEND provision is delivered across campus.

• Inspirational and motivational leadership qualities.
• Expertise in the curriculum areas of the role with experience of working with young people and adults, including those with inclusion needs or SEND.

Responsibilities

• Lead on curriculum planning across the Inclusion Directorate, including long-term design of an innovative and inclusive curriculum.
• Monitor the quality of education for high needs learners across college and support curriculum design and implementation.
• Provide strategic cross-college direction for SEND provision and oversee curriculum development and delivery.
