Job summary

Chichester College Group is seeking a Senior Learning Support Assistant to lead and develop a dedicated Learning Support team and to provide high-level support to learners with SEND to help them achieve their programme of study.

You will work with the ALS Team Leader to coordinate and quality assure LSA and Learning Support provision, support 16–18 year olds, and contribute to improving attendance and achievement across courses. Hybrid working is available during holiday periods.

Qualifications

  • Experience of supporting 16-18 year olds.
  • Understanding of the SEND Code of Practice (2015).
  • Time management, organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
