As our Senior Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide learners with a high level of learning support needed to achieve their programme of study.
- Focus on and take an active role in the achievement of high individual learner attendance and success rates, meeting or surpassing the relevant targets for each.
- Support the ALS Team Leader in the co-ordination and quality of the LSA provision and Learning Support provision.

What you will bring to the role:
- Experience of supporting 16 - 18-year-olds
- Understanding of the SEND Code of Practice (2015)
- Time management skills, organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
