Job summary

Spotify is seeking a Senior Digital Learning Experience Designer to join the Learning & Inclusion team in London or Stockholm. You will shape inclusive, scalable learning experiences by blending instructional design, visual storytelling, and development expertise, partnering with SMEs and leaders on company-wide programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional instructional design experience.
• Apply learning science principles to practical design decisions.
• Translate performance needs into measurable learning objectives and journeys.
• Create meaningful practice through scenarios and interactive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of learning experiences from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Identify performance needs with SMEs and stakeholders, turning them into learning objectives.
• Design learning journeys across live, digital, blended, and self-directed formats.
• Create engaging materials including eLearning, facilitator guides, and micro-learning experiences.
• Use visual design and storytelling to make complex ideas clear and engaging while reflecting Spotify aesthetics.
• Build interactive digital learning experiences using AI-assisted workflows and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Design inclusive learning experiences to reflect diverse perspectives and reduce participation barriers.
• Pilot and iterate using learner feedback and performance data.
• Define meaningful measures of success and evaluate effectiveness and knowledge transfer.
• Manage multiple learning projects from scoping to delivery with clear priorities and timelines.
• Explore AI-assisted authoring and adaptive learning where it improves learner experience.
