Job summary

CFA Institute is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to craft and deliver adult digital learning products across global markets. You will apply instructional design and learning science principles to develop courses, MOOCs, and executive education programs.

You will lead localization efforts, create learner journeys, and use analytics to improve engagement and outcomes, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering adult digital learning products such as online courses, MOOCs, or executive education programmes.
• Strong grounding in instructional design, learning science, and adult learning principles.
• Experience using content authoring tools and learning platforms (Canvas, Rsuite) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital learning experiences across online platforms and programmes for global markets and languages.
• Localize content to learner-centred experiences with localization workstreams.
• Apply adult learning theory and evidence-based design principles in course development.
• Develop learner journeys, personas, and prototypes using research and data insights.
