Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a proactive Service Manager to oversee nine learning disability support services in Chorley and Wigan. You will work with the Registered Manager to ensure high-quality care, lead a motivated team of Support Workers, and drive service development to improve outcomes for residents across the region.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the social care sector with learning disabilities.
• Staff and service management experience essential; NVQ Level 3 desirable.
• Strong leadership, networking and organisational abilities.
• Committed to person-centred care and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Carry responsibility under the Registered Manager for the delivery of bespoke services.
• Coordinate services to tailor support to individual needs.
• Maintain comprehensive service records and provide feedback to line management.
• Manage and supervise a team of Support Workers, Senior Support Workers and Service Coordinators.
