Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking a Learning Operations & Compliance Manager in Milton Keynes to own the national Learning Governance & Compliance Framework, act as SME for learning compliance, and lead audit readiness.

You will manage LMS, drive digital transformation, develop dashboards, and coach the Learning Ops team, partnering with providers and senior leaders to protect our licence to operate.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Learning Operations, Learning Governance or Compliance.
• Experience managing and owning Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent understanding of compliance in regulated environments.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience leading operational teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Must have an IQA qualification or equivalent experience with the ability to assess learner up to level 5.
• Experience implementing learning technology solutions.
• Power BI or advanced reporting capability.
