Job summary

Caseware is seeking a Manager of Instructional Design to lead a team delivering high-quality, standardized product education content for global adoption. You will drive learning strategy, ensure content quality, and maintain consistency across all formats, including self-paced courses, VILTs, and webinars.

This is a full-time, globally-focused role with Dana Liulica as the Talent Acquisition Partner. You will mentor designers, align with product and SMEs, and champion scalable, learner-centered

Qualifications

• 5+ years in instructional design or learning leadership.
• Experience leading design teams and content development.
• Strong grounding in adult learning theory and scalable content development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Education Content Leadership and develop a team of Instructional Designers.
• Set priorities, capacity plans, and delivery expectations for global content initiatives.
• Define standardized course templates, learning taxonomies, and development workflows.
