Yorkshire Water is seeking a Senior Leakage Inspector to join the Demand Reduction team in Cottingham. You will provide advanced leakage support, mentor colleagues and act as a senior contact in the absence of the Area Team Leader, with duties spanning field investigations, asset maintenance and safety oversight.

The role requires extensive leakage knowledge, NRASWA and Water Hygiene certifications, and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement across the region.

Formación

• Experience in advanced leakage techniques and technologies.
• Evidence of working safely to required standards.
• NRASWA/Water Hygiene certifications or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced leakage investigation support to the Area Leakage Team.
• Lead meter exchange and maintenance across DMA, commercial and domestic meters.
• Develop relationships with service partners and stakeholders to drive leakage reduction.
• Deputise for the Area Team Leader and lead where appropriate.
• Own customer issues and liaise with contacts to resolution.
• Ensure health and safety compliance including POWRA and risk assessments.
• Mentor and upskill colleagues and promote cross-team collaboration.
