• Drive the inclusion agenda so vulnerable students receive exceptional support.
• Champion vulnerable learners.
• Build a culture where students feel safe, valued and empowered to succeed.
• Work alongside senior colleagues across the academy.
• Develop systems that deliver strong outcomes for all students.
• Help shape strategic decisions and influence whole-school improvement as a SLT member.
