Learning Community Trust - New Road Academy is seeking an outstanding leader to join the Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Principal - Safeguarding & Inclusion. As the academy's Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will provide strategic leadership for safeguarding and child protection while helping to drive wider school improvement.

We are looking for an experienced secondary leader with substantial DSL or Deputy DSL experience, strong safeguarding knowledge and the ability to work effectively
