Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy is seeking an exceptional Senior Leader for Safeguarding & DSL to join the Senior Leadership Team and drive safety, inclusion and high standards across the academy.

You will lead the safeguarding strategy, act as the Senior Designated Safeguarding Lead, and develop systems that ensure outstanding outcomes for all students. This is a pivotal role shaping the academy's future in partnership with families and professionals.

Formación

• Must have proven safeguarding leadership experience.
• Experience in a Senior Leadership Team is preferred.
• Strong communication with students, families and professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the academy's safeguarding strategy and culture.
• Act as the Senior Designated Safeguarding Lead with high standards of practice.
• Provide inspirational leadership to the safeguarding and inclusion teams.
• Drive the inclusion agenda to support vulnerable students.
