Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy in Oldbury seeks a Senior Leader for Safeguarding to set the safeguarding strategy and culture, and to lead the safeguarding and inclusion team within the Senior Leadership Team. The role influences whole-school improvement and drives inclusion for vulnerable students.

The Senior Leader for Safeguarding and Designated Safeguarding Lead sits on the Senior Leadership Team at Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy, a secondary school. The post sets the safeguarding strategy and culture, acts as Senior Designated Safeguarding Lead and leads a combined safeguarding and inclusion team. The role also shapes strategic decisions and whole-school improvement, and drives the inclusion agenda for vulnerable students. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the post is wanted as soon as possible.
