Job summary

eNL is seeking a Head of Residential Property in Bromsgrove. The role leads an established team, delivering high-quality conveyancing services across freehold, leasehold, and related transactions.

You will shape department strategy and client relationships while maintaining compliance and a client-focused approach. The position offers a full-time, on-site role with a salary range of £50,000–£70,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a pension, healthcare and parking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Leadership and mentoring of colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an established residential property team.
• Oversee transactions from instruction to completion for freehold, leasehold, and new-build properties.
• Manage lease extensions, sales and purchases of residential property.
• Mentor and support colleagues and drive business development.
• Maintain relationships with clients, estate agents and property professionals.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies.
• Identify opportunities to establish introducer relationships and new business.
• Contribute to department performance and strategy.
