Redwood Search is seeking an experienced Lead Conveyancer for a busy Bromsgrove office. The role focuses on overseeing day-to-day operation of the residential conveyancing team while managing your own caseload.

You will mentor colleagues, build strong client relationships and deliver a first-class service throughout the conveyancing process, handling freehold, leasehold, and new-build transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy and well-established Bromsgrove office.

Working alongside an existing team of experienced fee earners and support staff, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the team while managing your own varied caseload. This position would suit an accomplished Conveyancer who enjoys mentoring colleagues, building strong client relationships and delivering a first-class service throughout the conveyancing process.

We are looking for an individual who combines technical expertise with a practical, client-focused approach and who is keen to contribute to the continued success and development of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Advising on new build and shared ownership transactions.
• Managing lease extension matters.
• Supporting the running of an established conveyancing team, including fee earners and support staff.
• Providing guidance, support and mentoring to colleagues.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of client care.
• Building and developing relationships with estate agents, brokers and other property professionals.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures and case management systems.
• Contributing to the growth of the department through networking and business development activities.

About You
