Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited in Bromsgrove is seeking a Head of Residential Property to lead and develop an established team. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on delivering high-quality conveyancing services to clients.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' PQE in residential conveyancing, strong technical knowledge across property transactions, and proven leadership skills to mentor colleagues and drive business growth while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident leader and supportive team player, able to motivate and develop colleagues.
• Comfortable working within established compliance procedures and internal systems.
• Commercial awareness and initiative to identify opportunities for business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential property sales and purchases.
• Handle both freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Oversee new-build and shared ownership properties.
• Manage lease extensions.
• Oversee transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• Lead and develop the existing team and provide guidance to colleagues.
