Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Bromsgrove is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer (10+ Years PQE) to lead an established residential conveyancing team within a busy Bromsgrove office, driving growth and delivering service excellence.

You will manage residential property sales and purchases, handle freehold, leasehold, new-build and shared ownership, oversee lease extensions, and guide the team from instruction to completion while mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• 10+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Confidence in managing compliance, policies and internal systems.
