Job summary

eNL seeks a senior solicitor to head the Residential Property Team in Bromsgrove. This full-time, office-based role offers leadership of an established team and the chance to grow the residential property practice.

Ideal candidate will have 10+ years PQE in residential conveyancing, strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a client-focused, proactive approach to business development. Competitive salary £50,000–£70,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions
• Professional, approachable, client-focused
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident leader and mentor, capable of developing colleagues
• Able to work within established compliance procedures and internal systems
• Commercial awareness with initiative for business development

Responsibilities

• Manage residential property sales and purchases including freehold and leasehold
• Oversee transactions from instruction to completion
• Lead and develop the existing team and support staff
• Provide guidance and mentoring to colleagues
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and property professionals
• Identify opportunities to develop introducer relationships and new business
• Contribute to ongoing development and success of the department
