Qualifications

• 10+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge across residential property transactions
• Professional, approachable and client-focused
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident leader and mentor to colleagues
• Comfortable with compliance procedures and internal systems
• Commercial awareness to identify business development opportunities

Responsibilities

• Managing residential property sales and purchases
• Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
• Dealing with new-build and shared ownership properties
• Managing lease extensions
• Overseeing transactions from instruction to completion
• Leading and developing the team and providing guidance to colleagues
• Maintaining relationships with clients, estate agents and property professionals
• Identifying opportunities to develop introducer relationships and generate new business
• Contributing to department development and success
