Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in regulated environments.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with QMS implementations, regulatory compliance, or product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of medical device enablement programs across multiple streams and milestones.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with scope, timelines, governance, resources, risks, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Drive QMS migration, enhancement, and optimization with organizational readiness and user adoption.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations, Product, Commercial, and Technology teams to align with objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning and decision-making in a complex matrix organization.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, risk assessments, and decision-support materials.
