Job summary

ECI, based in the United Kingdom, seeks a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex medical device projects from planning through execution. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in project management in the medical device sector, plus PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering or Business.
• 5+ years of project management experience in medical/device projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentations).
• Results-oriented with a focus on timely and high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional development teams to plan, execute, control and complete projects.
• Build strong teams and prioritize activities to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership and customers to align project plans and schedules.
• Manage activities to meet project scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Communicate project status, decisions and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure visibility to leadership and customers.
• Own project reporting and communications, including KPIs and resource planning.
• Contribute to other duties as required.
