PA Consulting is seeking an experienced engineering leader to shape and lead the development of drug delivery devices and combination products for pharmaceutical and medical technology clients. You will provide deep mechanical engineering judgment, leadership, and strategic direction across complex development programmes.

Qualifikationen

• As a Principal Consultant you will contribute hands-on to concept generation and mechanical design.
• Experience with medical device and drug-device combination product development is essential.
• Background in drug delivery devices and patient-facing combination products is required.
• Knowledge of injection moulding, tolerancing and design for manufacture is expected.
• Understanding of assembly, sterilisation and transfer towards manufacture is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex drug delivery and combination product programmes from concept through industrialisation.
• Provide senior technical leadership across engineering, usability, risk and manufacturability.
• Build trusted client relationships and oversee project delivery, planning and risk management.
• Shape strategy, direction and delivery on high-impact development programmes.
