Job summary

eg technology is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead planning, control and delivery of complex product design and development projects from concept to manufacture. You’ll work with clients and motivate multidisciplinary teams across software, electronics, mechanical engineering and human factors, ensuring regulatory standards are met and projects stay on budget and schedule.

This role emphasizes clear communication, risk management and stakeholder engagement to drive successful outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary product development projects.
• Experience in engineering, product development, design or technical consultancy with direct client responsibility.
• Strong understanding of regulated product development lifecycle (ISO 13485, from concept to verification/validation and manufacture).
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear actions and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across software, electronics, mechanical engineering, industrial design and human factors.
• Work with technical leads to ensure deliverables meet client requirements, quality expectations and regulatory standards.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities; escalate when needed and drive resolutions.
