Government Recruitment Service is advertising for a Head of Business Change in Birmingham. The role leads DVSA’s Business Change service, guiding delivery, adoption and measurable benefits across the organisation.

It requires strategic leadership, governance and cross-functional collaboration to shape improvement from idea to evaluation. The post holder will oversee standard setting, templates and assurance prompts, develop capability within the team and work with CSLs to ensure consistent
