Job summary

Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) is seeking a Head of Business Change to provide strategic leadership for the organisation’s business change function. You will support Whole Service Leadership Teams, sponsors and delivery teams from idea shaping through to adoption and evaluation.

The post holder will drive governance, assurance and delivery lessons to embed change across DVSA, leading teams, improving services and ensuring measurable benefits for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading teams and delivering projects/programmes in complex environments.
• Ability to support business change across project, programme, portfolio and service delivery, including adoption and benefits planning.
• Experience developing and improving professional service offers, operating models, standards and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the Business Change service offer.
• Establish, develop and manage a network of organisational change makers.
• Act as DVSA’s senior professional lead for business change.
• Maintain Business Change standards, templates, guidance and assurance prompts.
• Identify capability needs for Business Change.
• Collaborate with fellow CSLs across all functions.
