Government Recruitment Service in Leeds is recruiting for a Head of Business Change within the DVSA to lead, develop and continuously improve the Business Change service for whole-service delivery and measurable benefits.

The role provides strategic leadership for the Business Change team, ensuring support across early idea shaping, assessment, delivery, transition, adoption and evaluation, while embedding governance and lessons learned across the organisation.

Responsabilités

• Own and improve the Business Change service offer
• Establish, develop and manage a network of organisational change makers
• Act as DVSA’s senior professional lead for business change
• Maintain Business Change standards, templates, guidance and assurance prompts
• Identify capability needs for Business Change
• Collaborate with fellow CSLs across all functions
