Your future area of responsibility:

• Develop and implement your own Meta Ads scaling strategy.
• Manage 7-figure budgets with a focus on maximum efficiency.
• Deeply analyze media buying, test your own hypotheses, and optimize campaigns.
• Monitor ad accounts and ensure their stable operation in line with platform policies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad materials.

What’s important to us?

• 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing in product IT companies.
• Ability to see beyond individual campaigns — strategic mindset and analytical approach.
• Experience managing large budgets (from $100K per month).
• Experience working with English-speaking markets is a plus.
• Ambition and proactiveness — you want more and are ready to achieve it.
• Intermediate+ English for working with Tier-1 markets.
