Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering design, development, testing and stability of systems.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (coding, reviews, test acceleration).
• Understanding of responsible AI, data sensitivity, secure handling and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions with ability to go beyond routine approaches.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews others' code.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and delivery.
• Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted development and automation capabilities.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation and improve stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture.
