J.P. Morgan is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in London to design, build, and enhance data engineering solutions within Corporate Risk Technology. You will deliver secure, scalable products and collaborate with agile teams to drive innovation and technical strategy.

You will lead the adoption of AI-assisted development practices, govern code quality, and ensure resilient, observable systems while mentoring engineers and shaping team culture.

Formación

• Experience engineering large-scale data platforms with secure, scalable production code.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, development, testing, and operations.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI-assisted development tools and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Execute creative software solutions, design, develop, and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code for data-intensive apps and review peers' code.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation and improve operational stability.
• Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and teams to assess architectures and credentials.
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices and establish validation standards in SDLC/TA.
