The Stepstone Group is recruiting for a Commercial Analytics Lead to turn data, technology and insights into stronger UK sales outcomes. You will own how we identify, prioritise, and activate high-value leads across the UK market, working with Sales, Marketing, Product and technical teams.

With 5+ years in Commercial Analytics or Sales Intelligence, you will use AI-enabled workflows to improve lead prioritisation, forecasting, and commercial decision-making, while collaborating across business

Qualifications

• Education: degree in Information Systems or Business Administration.
• 5+ years in Commercial Analytics, Sales Intelligence or Lead Management.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making; familiarity with AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue by acquiring new business, developing existing customers, and scaling B2B activation with high-quality leads.
• Identify, score, route and prioritize leads using AI-enabled capabilities and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with sales directors and account managers to understand requirements and maximize sales value.
• Own and improve lead management processes for operational excellence, efficiency, and quality, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and tech teams to deliver improvements and alignment.
