Job summary
Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior/Lead Engineer to drive technical delivery of AVEVA-based automation and digital solutions from UK sites in Coventry or Warrington. You will mentor teams, shape UX/UI-focused outcomes, and ensure projects meet schedule, cost, and quality targets across the full lifecycle.
You’ll bring hands-on AVEVA, SCADA, and networking expertise, with experience in cloud/hybrid deployments and cyber security.
Qualifications
- Qualified in engineering discipline (HNC/HND/Degree).
- Strong hands-on experience with AVEVA technologies and related digitisation knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Deliver digital projects across AVEVA tech stack on time, within budget, to quality targets.
- Lead design, configuration, testing, installation and commissioning activities.
- Review engineering outputs and prepare system documentation (specs, test scripts, manuals).
- Mentor junior engineers and support service teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support bid teams with technical input and delivery estimates.
