WPP Media is seeking an Associate Director of Data Engineering in the UK to lead robust data pipelines and analytics for client projects. You will drive design, delivery and governance of data solutions powering the Measure platform dashboards.

You will partner with client teams and cross‑functional groups to translate business needs into scalable data models, ensure data quality, and mentor a high‑performing BI & Data Management team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data engineering initiatives and delivering end-to-end data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes and data governance.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
