Job summary

VRS Recruitment seeks an experienced Bioanalytical Scientist to join a world-renowned research institute delivering analytical services for clinical and research projects. As Senior Scientist, you will develop, optimize and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS methods for quantitative small molecules, analyse complex datasets, and support instrument maintenance.

You will contribute to method development, drive continuous improvement, and help pioneer novel approaches to evolving research needs.

Qualifications

• PhD, MSc or BSc in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 4+ years practical LC-MS/MS experience for quantitative small molecule analysis.
• Extensive method development, optimization and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience handling biological/clinical samples such as cell lines, blood, or tissue.
• Excellent communication skills with scientists and stakeholders.
• GLP and GCP experience would be advantageous.
