Job summary

ENTRUST PEOPLE LIMITED in SE England is seeking a Principal Analytical Chemist to lead complex method development and validation using LC-MS/HPLC on synthesised chemicals and API molecules in a busy manufacturing environment.

This hands‑on permanent role requires leading a small team of analytical chemists, troubleshooting instruments, and delivering GMP compliant projects while collaborating with Synthetic/Process Chemists.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GMP method development and validation experience.
• Experience with LC-MS/HPLC systems in an API/synthesis environment.
• Proven ability to lead analytical projects and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of analytical chemists.
• Troubleshoot instruments and methods to enable analyses.
