Job summary

Avon is seeking a meticulous Planner to join our product development team in the UK. You’ll help manage product information across systems, keep timelines on track, and support launches from concept to market.

Working with cross-functional teams and suppliers, you’ll produce reports, coordinate samples, and assist with data accuracy, imagery, and compliance. A-level (or equivalent) qualifications are desirable; strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating product information across internal systems and databases.
• Monitoring project timelines and supporting critical path management.
• Producing reports, updates and communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinating product samples, tracking deliveries and supplier communications.
• Supporting innovation and meetings through note-taking and follow-up actions.
• Managing product approvals, imagery, descriptions and compliance checks.
• Conducting competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Supporting pricing, benchmarking and product performance reporting.
