Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Senior Land Manager to oversee the full acquisition lifecycle in the North West. You will identify opportunities, evaluate sites and lead negotiations with stakeholders, supported by in-house planning and legal teams.

Autonomy to drive the regional strategy, with a focus on mentoring junior colleagues and delivering strong site results. Regular travel and a UK driving licence are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in land acquisition for development projects.
• Strong network with agents, landowners and internal teams.
• UK driving licence and ability to travel regularly.
• Senior level candidate to mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Identify land opportunities through networks, approaches and research.
• Perform desktop research, data analysis and site identification.
• Prepare acquisition proposals and manage offers through to exchange.
• Work with Land Director to support regional strategy.
• Mentor junior land team members.
