Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Senior Land Manager to join the land team in the North West. You will own the full acquisition lifecycle from identification to exchange, working with in-house planning, architecture, and legal teams to progress opportunities.

You’ll identify sites, conduct research and appraisals, and manage offers through to exchange. Senior level responsibilities include mentoring junior colleagues and aligning with regional strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the land acquisition process from site identification through to exchange.
• Ability to identify opportunities through research, direct approaches and professional relationships.
• Experience in site appraisals and acquisition negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Identify land opportunities through networks, approaches, and market research.
• Conduct desktop research, data analysis and site identification.
• Complete site appraisals and prepare acquisition proposals.
• Manage offers and negotiations through to exchange.
• Support the regional acquisition strategy with the Land Director.
• Guide and support junior colleagues in the land team.
