Senior Land Manager

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 plus benefits plus high bonus

An established Developer urgently require an Senior Land Manager for their busy developing arm of the business.

The company concerned have a proven track record in delivering PRS , student accommodation and some retirement schemes throughout the South-East. They have been established in excess of 17 years and have a very successful business model and funding available to acquire the right sites.

Sites acquired will need to be either commercial, large brownfield or similar developments in urban areas, the sites will need to hold developments of between 200,000 – 300,000 sqft. All sites acquired will be in larger urban towns in the South East including Home Counties, Thames Valley, The South, The East and M4 Corridor.

The successful candidate will need to be well connected in all areas of the South East and be able to potentially identify commercial and brownfield sites in and close to large urban areas, you will be a deal maker, someone who can build and maintain relationships and do the necessary work to bring in the right type of sites. Good appraisals are necessary as is dealing with all rights of light, easements and other complications that may arise in the early stages.
