The ideal candidate will be a deal-maker within zones 2-6 in London, able to utilise contacts to create deals and process them through.

Sites will include a mixture of unconditional, STP, and option acquisitions, with products consisting of apartments and mixed-use residential-led developments.

The developer is eager for sites and considers all options if the numbers are favorable. They have the financial backing and funds to acquire any site and can often beat competitors to the punch.
