Senior Land and New Business Manager (2025-7221) Stratford, England

In a Nutshell…

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Land & New Business Manager to join our team within Vistry London Division, at our Stratford office. As our Senior Land & New Business Manager, you will report to the Head of Land & New Business and Regional teams to identify and secure new business opportunities in accordance with the Regional Business Plan.

  • Manage bid submissions ensuring these are of the highest standard and commercially competitive.
  • Assist operational teams with project briefs, delivery and sales strategies, financial appraisals, structuring development agreements, obtaining planning consents, financial management, project and risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proactively research future opportunities and manage relationships with relevant parties.

A Senior Land and New Business Manager role is largely self-sufficient, with the responsibility to source new opportunities and instruct consultants/development teams regarding legal, planning, development, and commercial constraints of proposals.
