We’re working with a growing, science-led business that is looking for a Senior Laboratory Technician to join its R&D team in Oxfordshire.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who genuinely enjoys laboratory work. You’ll be involved in analytical testing, laboratory trials and product development, working alongside the wider R&D team and helping to generate the reliable data they need to move projects forward.
There’s plenty of technical variety, and you’ll have the opportunity to use the skills you already have while continuing to develop your knowledge and experience.
We’re looking for someone with good, solid laboratory experience who is confident working hands‑on and enjoys the technical side of the job.
You’ll have experience of:
You’ll also be someone who enjoys learning. Perhaps you’ve spent many years building your laboratory experience and now want a role where that knowledge is genuinely useful, or you may be looking for the next step where you can broaden your technical skills.
Importantly, this isn’t a role for someone looking to move away from the lab and into management. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands‑on and wants to stay close to the science.
You’ll be joining a growing R&D team where your technical knowledge and practical experience will be valued.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting research and product development projects, use a good range of analytical techniques and continue building your expertise in a supportive scientific environment.
And if you’re someone who simply likes being in the lab and getting stuck into the science, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to do exactly that.
