Job summary

Graduate Laboratory Analyst position near Reading is with a contract testing organisation. You will perform lab-based analytical work using bench and chromatographic techniques, and contribute to study delivery with accurate documentation.

The role requires a scientific degree, practical lab skills and clear communication. There are opportunities for development within a multi-disciplinary team and progression is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree level or above in a relevant scientific discipline (ideally Chemistry related).
• Practical Laboratory experience and good basic lab/bench skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, investigative and analytical skills.
• Highly advantageous – Practical Experience with HPLC + GC and knowledge of GLP.

A highly successful contract testing organisation are seeking a Graduate Laboratory Analyst to join the team at their site near reading. The company provide analytical testing services to the Chemical Industry and you will be working on a variety of client’s studies. Role Overview

• Permanent , Full Time (mon-fri 9-5, 37.5 hours per week) £25,000pa.
• Lab Based analytical work utilising a range of bench and chromatographic techniques.
• Completion of related documentation and data interpretation
• Work closely with study directors and other scientists to ensure client’s studies are delivered on time to excellent standard of quality.

Requirements
